Taylor Swift and Her World | Harvard University’s newest course!

Harvard University has recently rolled out a new course for students on the world-famous pop artist, Taylor Swift. At Harvard University, Professor Stephanie Burt will be delivering the course, Taylor Swift and Her World. According to Entertainment Weekly, two institutions are introducing new courses that will examine Taylor Swift’s and other female musicians’ work. 

Taylor’s popularity with her Eras tour is evidence of her significant impact on the next generation. Through her speeches and music, she leaves a lasting impression on her expanding fan base. The curriculum will further explore her artistic accomplishments and their relationship to the canon of literature.

Swift is unmatched when it comes to record breaking album sales, streaming traffic, and accolades. She has consistently been at the top of the charts. Through her music, she has an unparalleled ability to engage listeners.

Havard University’s brand-new course called Taylor Swift and Her World will cover Swift’s music, lyrics, and cultural influence. Additionally, this course will examine her work’s influence on contemporary teenagers, writers, and other artists.

Taylor Swift | Courses offered by other universities

Musical Storytelling with Swift and Other Iconic Female Artists is the course that Melina Jimenez will be teaching at the University of Florida. Among the well-known names on the list are Dolly Parton, Billie Holiday, and Aretha Franklin.

Harvard and the University of Florida are not the only colleges offering specialized courses on the pop queen, though. Some other universities include:
